As Director of Construction, Clifton is responsible for oversight of all Metropolis Development's construction projects. Leading a team of project managers, Clifton manages all phases of the construction process, from pre-construction to close-out. Currently Clifton is overseeing the construction and completion of Metropolis' flagship project at 15th and P, The Metropole. Previously, Clifton was the Senior Project Manager for Lofts 14 One, winner of Delta Associates' "Condo of the Year" award for 2005. Before joining the Metropolis team, Clifton worked for Clark Construction on the award-winning Washington DC Convention Center. He received his Master of Architecture from Florida A&M University and his Master of Building Construction from the University of Florida. In his spare time, Clifton enjoys doing home renovations and scuba diving, in which he has an advanced certification.. |
